Anthony Edwards suffers an injury fright at Warriors-Wolves Game 2

The Minnesota Timberwolves are located in the middle of a must-win game 2 against the Golden State Warriors. After a brutal defeat in game 1, the Timberwolves were in full control in the first half and held the warriors in the first quarter.

However, the Timberwolves were not without great fear when the star shooter, Anthony Edwards, went back into the changing room with an obvious ankle injury in the second quarter. Edwards fell during a Layup attempt, but his ankle was then entered by the Warriors Center Trayce Jackson-Davis.

Minnesota still managed to close the quarter without any problems and to lead 56-39 at halftime. While Edwards had to deal with the injury, Julius Randle and Jaden McDaniels led the Timberwolves in Tor.

Then Edwards came out after the break and tested his ankle before the beginning of the third quarter. He was upgraded from questionable and immediately returned to the campaign to start half.

The Timberwolves need everything you can get from your star, especially after the fighting of game 1. Golden State lost his own star, Stephen Curry, against a thigh injury, but the team was still under control to steal the start of the series on the street.

With Curry for about a week, Minnesota has the opportunity to fully exploit a team without his best player. The Timberwolves cannot afford to go 2-0 before going to the Chase Center for games 3 and 4.
