Motorcyclists killed in the crash of the South State Street

Sandy, Utah, May 8, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) – The police examined a crash in which a male motorcyclist was killed on Thursday afternoon.

At 3:49 p.m., first aiders were called to a collision for Autoversus-Motcle near the 8640 South State Street.

Sandy City Fire Crews tried life -saving measures, but the motorcyclist became Bess with the Cottonwood Heights police.

Bess said that the crash occurred when the motorcycle collided north with a vehicle towards the south, which turned from State Street to 8640 south left.

There was no signs of impairment, Bess said, although the speed of the motorcycle may have been a factor.

The driver works with investigators.

Although the crash took place in Sandy, the Cottonwood police police take care of the case. Both departments rejected further comments.

The name of the motorcyclist has so far been held back until the family notification.
