Karen Read Case key investigator, which was asked about the cocktail glass theory

“I don't remember my words exactly, but that sounds exactly what I might have said,” replied the Sergeant.

Jackson pushed him about what he was doing to secure the house, a potential crime scene.

Jackson also asked whether important witnesses such as Brian Albert Brian Albert in Boston, his sister -in -law Jennifer McCabe and her husband Matt McCabe had lied from the start whether O'keefe in Albert's house in 34 Fairview Road was on the foreground.

Of these three, only Jennifer McCabe testified in the second attempt by Read from Thursday. She told the jury that shortly after midnight she saw Read's vehicle in front of the house, but never saw how read or o'keefe.

Another component of this theory was the broken rear light from Read. Brennan played ring camera video from O'keefes Auffahrt, which showed that the light left his house around 5 a.m. on January 29, 2022.

O'keefe had considerable injuries to the face and head and cuts on the right arm when Bukhenik saw him in the Good Samaritan Hospital, he said.

Bukhenik, who moved from Ukraine to the USA at the age of 9 and joined the Marine Corps after September 11th, is expected to return to the witness on Friday morning when the court will be resumed at 9 a.m.
