According to Anthony Edwards' Game 2 fear, Chris Finch was “really worried”

Minnesota Timberwolves trainer Chris Finch has suffered an injury to Anthony Edwards, got out into the changing room and ceded on the square a few minutes later. But when Edwards grabbed his ankle and in game 2 of her semi -final of the Western Conference against the Golden State Warriors needed help in front of the square, it felt a little different.

“I was actually really worried,” said Finch after the wolves beat the Warriors on Thursday with 117-93. “I thought I mean, only many ways that it was one of them to be an elite athlete and shake off these things. But this one that I really intended not to see the rest of the game to be honest with them.”

But like so many other times in his career, Edwards came back after leaving in the second quarter. He played the rest of the game and ended his night with 20 points, nine boards, five templates, three steals and one block.

However, Edwards said that this also felt a little different for him. Edwards was not sure whether he would be back, but when he worked with coach David Hines in the changing room, his ankle felt fine. “He is the best in the world,” he said about Hines. Edwards knew that everything was good when he praised Julius Randle in the third quarter and “wanted to dive a little”.

“I'm fine,” said Edwards Postgame.

Edwards' teammates have always left and returned, but Nickeil Alexander Walker said “You never really know” how serious it is. Fortunately, it was only a short -lived fear of Edwards and the wolves on Thursday.

“You never know which one is really bad, especially if you can't see him, but he always finds a way,” said Alexander Walker. “One thing about Ant is that he won't sit outside. He has to be damn almost dead.”

“He has to chop his leg or shit,” added Jaden McDaniels, who described Edwards as “Superman, real”.
