Leaky roof, standing water only a few problems for a senior tenant

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio) -Ban Baker, 63, has lived in Morning Star Tower in St. Clair for four years, east of Ost 105.

“Water comes down, everything runs in my house,” said Baker, pointing on water on the kitchen floor, a full bucket in the living room and missing tiles on the ceiling. “(I) Clean up every morning and I vacuumed here and it fell towards me.”

The carpet is pulled up in the hallway and exposed to the hallway, and bakers fear that the damage deteriorates.

“Now you can look up there and look over your head,” he continued. “All of this, you see that there was so there, and it gets full and down.”

Eban showed a message with an inspection for April 23 and 24, but he said nobody had come and nothing changed.

“I'm hot!” he said. “I'm hot like fish fat. I'm hot, I'm hot. I'm crazy. I'm hot. I breathe this stuff and go to cough.”

Baker said he spoke to the manager who came on site and a maintenance worker.

“That's why I called you all so that we can all make sure that the head here is his head,” he said. “As I said, I don't knock on the workers. I'm talking about the head people.”

The on-site manager said that she could not talk about the situation and referred 19 troubleshooters to a millennia management, whose response service took over a message.

“I have my own business,” said Baker with a pet Iguan pet that hangs on his shirt. “I was here for four years. Crazy things get rid of here. I'm not about. I and my lizard are good.”

In addition to the water and ceiling problems, Baker said that he was also trying to replace his broken refrigerator and being repaired.
