Leaky roof, standing water only a few problems for a senior tenant

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio) -Ban Baker, 63, has lived in Morning Star Tower in St. Clair for four years, east of Ost 105.

“Water comes down, everything runs in my house,” said Baker, pointing on water on the kitchen floor, a full bucket in the living room and missing tiles on the ceiling. “(I) Clean up every morning and I vacuumed here and it fell towards me.”

The carpet is pulled up in the hallway and exposed to the hallway, and bakers fear that the damage deteriorates.
