Kevin Durant deserves unique NBA teaching

Phoenix -Phoenix Sun -Star Kevin Durant received a unique NBA teaching after his 17th season in the league.

The Professional Basketball Writers Association was the first team member of the first NBA all-interview team. Stephen Curry, Guard von Durant and Golden State Warriors, were the two most important vocal mountains.

They were accompanied in the first team of Milwaukee Bucks Giannis Antetokounmpo, Cleveland Cavaliers Guard Donovan Mitchell and Warriors striker Draymond Green.

According to the press release, the NBA All-Interview team “honors the players who consistently deal with the media consistently thoughtfully, revealing and with the media”.

In the publication, the history and the voting process for the team were also described:

“The all-interview team, once a staple of the official awards of the NBA, was hired after the 2003/04 season. The PBWA is now bringing it back to recognize the players who bring the findings, details, details and depths that our stories about life, during the meetings (or exceed) their prescribed media obligations that have been committed (or present).

“We are very happy to revive the all-interview team and are pleased to receive the support of the league to bring it back,” said PBWA President Howard Beck. “You cannot tell great stories without great interviews.

“More than four dozen players were nominated by PBWA members. Twenty-five finalists were selected by a PBWA subcommittee to create the official ballot papers.

Even if the Suns had to struggle last season on the way to a 36-46 record and Durant's name in trading rumors, Durant provided thoughtful and compelling answers all year round after winning and loss. So this is a very well deserved award for him.
