Great Brothers to open the luxury home community in Kyle

Toll Brothers Inc., a luxury house builder founded in 1967, who was founded in 1967 and worked in 24 states, announced on April 29 that his latest residential development – Clara Vista in Waterridge – was coming in Kyle. According to a press release, it is expected that sales for the single-family house community will begin in autumn 2025.

Clara Vista in Waterridge is located at the intersection of the 6 Creek Boulevard and the Bramble Boulevard. The development will include two home collections with designs between 3,150 and over 5,600 square foot, the release says. Houses are built on 80 and 100 feet wide land.

Unofficial survey data show Archer, Bove, Woodcock Win LTISD board elections

The reigning Erin Archer was re-elected in the elections on May 3 on the challenger Jessica Howard to Place 3 on the Lake Travis ISD curatorium.

Jonathan Bove and Kris Woodcock were elected to places 4 and 5 with a close lead over the challengers John Severance and Craig Cancienne, as the data show.

Crust Pizza Co. open now in Georgetown

Crust Pizza Co. is now open in Georgetown, said Franchise owner Armando Cordova.

The Pizza Restaurant is located in the Cedar Breaks West Development in front of Williams Drive. The restaurant chain offers pizza and cauliflower crusts in a chicago style, said Cordova previously on community impact.

2 new retailers that are now open at San Marcos Premium Outlets

Two new retailers, which were opened in San Marcos Premium Outlets, offer sports clothes and luxury clothing.

  • JD Sports: Business offers a large selection of sports shoes, clothing and accessories from brands such as Nike, Adidas, Jordan and the North Face as well as internal labels such as pink soda sports and supply and demand.
  • Rodd & Gunn: The New Zealand Menswear brand has officially opened its first Texas outlet in San Marcos Premium Outlets.

New Braunfels would like to implement paid parking spaces on the street in the city center

The city of New Braunfels wants to implement a free parking system on the street in the city center, in which there is currently a free 2-hour parking system.

When approved, the new parking system would improve access, reduce traffic jams and support local companies, said Jeff Jewell, director of economic and community development, during a meeting of the city council of April 28.

Water management aims to protect the supply in New Braunfels

The population growth and the longer drought put a strain on the water resources in central texas, especially in Canyon Lake, one of the reservoirs in New Braunfels, from which the residents receive their water supply.

The city of New Braunfels houses 102,218 people, but their population is expected to double by 2040, according to the population forecasts of the Texas Water Development Board 2026 Regicalal Water Plan. With increasing population, water requirements also increase.
