The NBA lottery could either save or ruin the vision of the Spurs -Offse That -Vision Vision

May 12th could be an important day for the San Antonio Spurs. Then the Spurs found out where they will select in the NBA design of 2025. The Spurs are currently projecting their selection with a chance of 26.2% to 8th and 14th place. That would be huge if it would happen for several reasons.

The first would be that it would dramatically improve your chances of adding a star in the draft of 2025. After all, this is largely seen as a four-player design with Cooper Flagg, Dylan Harper, Ace Bailey and VJ Edgecombe, each of which has star potential.

Adding one of these four players would dramatically increase the ceiling of the Spurs. It would also enable them to make Milwaukee Bucks a stronger offer for Star Giannis Antetocounmpo.

The Spurs could soon add another star

If the Spurs would make a top four election in this year's draft, provided not the first choice in which they would obviously take flag with you, you could dangle this in a deal for Giannis. The Bucks, who get a top boy interested in a package business for Giannis, would be a big preserved and may enable the Spurs to keep Stephon Castle out of the deal.

A hypothetical offer can be Devin Vassell, Keldon Johnson, the second, third or fourth overall election in this year's draft and the first choice of Atlanta Hawks 2027. That could be enough for the goats to send Giannis to San Antonio.

That would cost the Spurs some important assets. This remains the castle and some of its picks would be a big result. It would help them build Giannis, Victor Wembanyama and De'aaron Fox so that they have their cake and can also eat it.

After all, they were able to compensate for some of Giannis' massive salary by acting by Vassell and Johnson, who earn at least $ 45 million in the next two seasons. Wembanyama also has two more years on his rookie scale, while Castle still has three years on his place. That would make it much easier for the Spurs to hold their hypothetical core together together and build a real contender.
