FWC says

MIAMI -What documented additional officers from the officer of fish and wildlife preserving officers in Florida in Florida Fisha Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, who crashed a boat in the real estate mogul George Pino in September 2022, killed a teenager and deactivated another permanently?

The public does not know because FWC officials said in a statement that a video of at least two officers was deleted after a defined retention period because the officials described it, and they were classified as “accidental” because they were not the main officials in the case.

The Miami Herald initially reported the news about the missing video.

An FWC spokesman who does not treat any violations added in a statement on local 10 messages: “On the basis of our review, their measures were within the limits of the directive as it is currently written. The directive is now revised.”

The 29-foot center console Pino was operated in a sewer marker near Boca Chita Key. He threw the 14 overboard, injured several, killed 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez and wounded Katerina “Katy” Puig.

At that time, FWC officials said that alcohol was not a factor, but then it was found that the investigators found “61 empty alcoholic bottles and cans, 1 empty champagne bottle and a semi-consumed bottle of alcohol”.

It was not until October 2024 that the 54 -year -old Pino would be exposed to a relative crime for ruthless ship murder. The investigators had previously submitted a civilian violation and offenses.

In the meantime, Pino's lawyer told local 10 messages: “We too are disturbed by deleting the camera (BWC) borne with body.”

Pino's defense team said that a jury is preventing from seeing what contradictory accusations of one of the officers – an “allusion” of impairment during a recent deposition – of which they say that they are “categorically false”.

According to court files, Pino's next status hearing is planned for Thursday at 9 a.m.

Local 10 messages have turned and asked to the Attorney General in Florida, the Governor Ron Desantis office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and every Senator and representative of the public prosecutor, the Miami Dade, and asked whether their offices initiate or plan an independent examination of the FWC handling of this case.

We didn't hear until Friday evening.
