BCSO -drone video shows children with a charged weapon

Albuquerque, NM (Koat) – Drone video of the Sheriff office of the Bernalillo County shows two children armed with a fire weapon in Albuquerque.

According to BCSO, the two children were at the age of 9 and 7. His drone was attributed to the fact that the law enforcement authorities monitor the situation live for better situation awareness and provide updates.

The video shows that a non -fatal weapon was shot at the two children, which led to one of them directed the weapon on law enforcement. The MPs were able to secure the area and prevent a little further.

BCSO also said that this is emphasized how valuable his drone program is to react to people in crises. The incident occurred in February 2025.
