23-year-old man who is charged with intoxicating manslaughter in the death of the woman

El Paso, Texas (KVIA) – The police authority of El Paso reports that 23 -year -old Nathan Verdugo was arrested and charged with the motorcycle, which he reports on Ramp K in the center of El Paso on a barrier in the USA.
