“We sat on this red light. We saw weapons pulled, two police officers down there, and suddenly we saw a vehicle pulled out directly in front of the cop cars, and I thought: 'Uh, it is now a high-speed tracking,” said Deanna.

“We saw how the officials block the car and their weapons … I said to my wife: 'Uh, oh, there is something going on.' Before we could blink, the car came to us like zero to 60.

The whole chase was only about a minute. LAPD said the suspect was sought because of a crime command, but further details about what the arrest warrant was not immediately available.

Pictures and videos that witnesses have recorded show that the suspect is tied up with handcuffs and treated on site.

A total of four cars were involved in the accident. Two people were taken to the hospital in a serious condition.

Deanna, Tommy and two other victims were rated at the crime scene and luckily did not suffer any serious injuries. However, they had scratches and bruises. Tommy's face was beaten and bleed.

“It was crazy. It was only in no time, it changes your life,” said Deanna.

The suspect is listed in a stable state and will have additional fees in connection with the crash.
