The leaked iPhone product road card shows ambitious goals in the next two years

Apple's roadmap for the iPhone may be more ambitious than expected, at least after a leaked internal memo that went to the stock exchange last autumn. According to John Ternus, head of the company hardware, the roadmap was announced the “most ambitious in the history of our product”.

The iPhone 17 series has been clear for some time, with a basic iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max and the brand new ultra-thin iPhone 17 Air.

In 2026, an iPhone 17E is expected to bring at the beginning of the year, followed by four models in autumn:

• iPhone 18 air: same size as 17 air
• iPhone 18 Pro: Corner Hole Punch, not a large neckline
• iPhone 18 Pro Max: As above
• iPhone 18 -Fach: Apple's first foldable

For 2027, Apple's Road Map has debut six new iPhones. The iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e will arrive in spring 2027 and divide the basic model into a new release time plan.

Apple's autumn 2027 line -up looks similar to 2026:

• iPhone 19 air: larger aerial screen size
• iPhone 19 Pro: Possibly not a camera neckline at all
• iPhone 19 Pro Max: As above
• iPhone 19 times: second generation foldable
