Motorcyclist, 27, killed on Friday when crashed: Cook County Sheriff

Eichenwald, Il. -A 27-year-old motorcyclist died after he had been hit by a vehicle near the 159th and Ridgeland Avenue on Friday afternoon, the police of Cook County said on Friday evening.

Around 1:02 p.m. on Friday, the Sheriff police reacted to a vehicle accident near the intersection of Ridgeland Avenue and the West 159th Street. The responding officials learned that a 27-year-old male motorcyclist traveled to the east in 159th Street, crossed his lane as a vehicle that drove western direction.

The motorcyclist suffered considerable injuries and was declared dead while he was taken to a local hospital by ambulance. His identity has not yet been announced from 7.15 p.m.

Another person was also transported with minor, non -life -threatening injuries.
