Aaron Gordon, Denver Nuggets defeated OKC Thunder in OT for game 3 victory

Aaron Gordon made a late 3 pointer to force overtime, and everything from there was all of the Nuggets from there in a 113-104 victory against the Thunder von Oklahoma City in game 3 of the semi-finals of the Western Conference in Ball Arena in Denver.

OKC with top seed, which plays two nights after a 43-point victory, is now in a 2-1 hole in the NBA playoffs against a Denver team with a championship trunk tree.

The thunder made only one basket in the extension, a chet Holmgren immersed in when the offensive in the coupling stagnated again.

Jamal Murray scored a team high of 27 points for the Nuggets, while Gordon added 22 points and Michael Porter Jr. 21, even though he had a shoulder injury.

Nikola Jokic scored 20 points with only 8-against-25 shootings, but added 16 rebounds.

Jalen Williams had his best game in the series for thunder and scored 11 against 21 for 32 points. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had only 18 points with 7-against-22 shooting.

The thunder only shot 38.5% from the field (40-against-104) and 25.7% (9-by-35) on 3 pointers.

Game 4 was set in the Ball Arena on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

Thunder VS Nuggets Live -Score -Updates in Game 3 by NBA Playoffs

Nikola Jokic missed a potential game winner, so we work at overtime.

Jokic misses his 10.3. Daignault wants a break. Everything with 3:18 at 97 a.m. OKC was best with the ball in JDUB's hands.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander held up to five points at halftime and scored 10 points in the third quarter of 4-of-6 shootings.

The nuggets have taken the lead of the thunder by trading two against threesome. OKC is 6 of 24 from Deep compared to Denvers 12-von-28-3 point shooting.

The thunder continues to make Nikola Jokic difficult, 5 of 17 comes from the ground.

Game 3 will be up to the fourth quarter.

Denver takes his first lead of the second half, with Jokic achieving SGA in a cross game. Nuggets are 11-23 (47.8%!!!) of 3. Thunder. Thunder could not have a worse game out there, only 4-21.

The nuggets are looking for answers to defense and throw a decent amount of zone on the thunder.

But as it turns out, Denver also has to look for answers for the defense of Oklahoma City. As always, the thunder was difficult to develop three steals and three blocks in defense and to force the nuggets into seven sales.

But here may be the most amazing defensive act: the thunder has not allowed the Nuggets a single offensive relaxation.

The thunder was led by Chet Holmgren, who has 16 points in team height. As good as he was in game 2, the Thunder Big Man was even better in game 3 and gives his total amount of seven rebounds and a block.

But even if the thunder brings a five-point lead into half, without major influences from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. He has only five points in the first half.

Colleagues MVP candidate Nikola Jokic did only eight points.

The nuggets are led by Michael Porter Jr., who has 15 points. After he had gone 3 out of 18 in the first two games, he is 5 out of 6.

– Jenni Carlson, columnist

It is 56-51 thunder by half. Kept things stable even though they had lost the non-Jokic minutes. Joker is 1/6 with non-paint shots. SGA, 2 for 8, does not shoot that hot either. Denver shoots 41.2% of 3 (OKC is 22.2%), but this is astonishing: Board Count is 29-20 thunder with 9 Oreb to the it's 0.

Michael Porter Jr. hit the brakes and let his sneakers scream when they slipped over the bottom of the ball arena.

The striker from Denver did not expect a journey when he competed in the corner, but that's exactly what happened.

There dripped past the deviated portter with a speed thrust. Then he left Isaiah Hartenstein, who sank his trustworthy shot 10 feet from the inside.

In one night, when the game started with a zone defense, Okc broke it with ease. The thunder attacked the edge and collected 14 points in color in the first quarter alone.

Chet Holmgren promoted 11 points and six rebounds. Jalen Williams added five points and four templates.

The story was under Oklahoma City overnight. The team, which was one of the fouls committed, and one of the worst free gourmet of the league was considered too physical by many. The striker of Nugget, Aaron Gordon, said on Wednesday that the thunder “dirty. Point empty, point”. When asked whether he had a shift in the physical occupation on Friday, Thunder trainer Mark Daignult tried to get the air out of the story. “I know that this was a story and teams use the media to try to get an advantage in the playoffs,” he said. “But the way we look at it are the best officials in the league. If they are influenced by it, there is a problem. You shouldn't work.

David Adelman was asked how he prepares his screeners in the way Lu draws fouls: “I mean, there are many people who are common artists at both ends. I don't worry when he gets a game, or whatever it is, only hope that if you call it, maybe.

If you have the nickname with Joker, you can dress the part just as well.

Nuggets star Nikola Jokic arrived in the Ball Arena and, like Heath Ledger in the classic film “The Dark Knight” from 2008.

Justin Martinez: OKC 120, Denver 115

Apart from the last minutes of game 1, OKC was the better team in this series. The defense of the Thunder has converted 19.5 sales and an average of 28.5 points and converted average. Nikola Jokic also made life difficult by threw defenders like Isaiah Hartenstein, Chet Holmgren and Jayin Williams on him. And on the offensive, Shai Gilgeous-Aalexander continues to cause problems for defense in Denver, whose elite attack defender is missing. Winning on the street will not be easy, but I choose OKC comes out in a narrow place.
