NFL will organize a game in Madrid, Spain, this coming season

While the league itself was not officially done, there are several reports of a November matchup. According to sources, the Miami Dolphins will be the “Heim” team for a game of the 11th week in Madrid, Spain and take over the Washington commanders in an inter-conference fight as part of the NFL International Series.

It will be the first NFL game ever played in the country of Spain. The international series has been part of the regular schedule of the league since 2007, with London, England being the most visited goal. However, there has been an expansion in recent years, and cities like Munich, São Paulo, Frankfurt, Berlin and Mexico city have been added to the list.

There will be two new locations for the 2025 season. Madrid is one of them and the Miami Dolphins were selected as a home team a few months ago. If the game will take place and who will play it, it still has to be officially decided, but the leak says that it will happen against the commanders on November 16, a lot of steam has won.
