Compton Shooting: Gunman was looking for the 12-year-old boy who was shot

Compton, California (KABC) – The authorities are looking for the shooter who shot a 12-year-old boy in a park in Compton on Friday afternoon.

According to the Sheriff department of the Los Angeles County, reported in Fig./oleander Park shortly before 4 p.m.

The Compton's fire brigade said the victim was a 12-year-old boy who had been shot in the stomach.

First aiders carried out a blood transfusion on site before storming the boy into a hospital, the fire brigade said. The boy was later declared dead in the hospital.

A description of the shooter was not immediately available. The authorities have not published any further details about the shootout.
