Trend stories:

The 6-year-old Eva Bretz brought the 6-year-old Eva Bretz into the nationwide children's hospital with life-threatening internal and external injuries, including a separate liver, bruising, ligature brands around the neck and injuries in other parts of her body.

Bretz was explained dead hours later, and Franklin County's office's office decided her death as a murder. WBNS-10 TV reported.

Bretz was in her mother's care, 32-year-old Ashley Fagan, and Fagan's friend, 24-year-old Blake Hutchinson, at the time of her death, according to court records.

Now Fagan and Hutchinson are charged with murder and endangering children in connection with Bretz 'death.

Hutchinson and Fagan both made false statements about what happened and Bretz could not take injuries into account while she was in her care. WBNS-10 TV reported.

Fagan was instructed to the Franklin County prison on May 4, and an arrest warrant against Hutchinson's arrest.

According to the Columbus police, Hutchinson died on May 6th, according to the Columbus police after he was addressed by Knox County Swat employees.

The children's services for children of Franklin County told WBNS-10 TV that in March 2019 they first received reports on Bretz at birth, with concerns about a positive drug test,

In December 2020, the FCCs received a second report in connection with concerns about neglect, emotional abuse and physical abuse.

Both cases were closed after the family had met with case workers, and the children, Bretz 'three siblings, were considered safe in their parents' care, according to FCCs.

In the past, however, FCCS employees responded to concerns regarding abuse and neglect in connection with Bretz 'both brothers and sister, and there was a persistent case in which a sibling was involved at the time of Bretz'.

FCCS told WBNS-10 TV That Fagan and their children were encouraged to deal with supporting services and support that are available to families who have difficulty.

“Unfortunately, the services offered to the family were unsuccessful in order to reduce the type of isolation that can hide abuse and neglect,” said a spokesman for the FCCS.
