Crawdads scores early and often to lower green jackets 7-4

Augusta, GA: The Hickory Crawdads brought the lead of four batteries into play and never let go of it and won a win from wall to wall to defeat the green jackets for the third time in four days.

A Miscue from Starter Owen Hackman opened the door for the crawdads when the jug dropped a Two-out top by Beycker Barroso to extend the inning. Pablo Guerrero later opened a dough that destroyed a Homer with two runs over the yellow line on the left, his second long ball of the week.

The 'jackets could not produce a run against Mason Molina in the first two innings, but rose to the board in the 3rd when the bottom of the order was charged. Mason Guerra started the inning with a single one, got second place on a walk and came up to score with Owen Careys 2nd RBI of the series.

Both sides acted in the 4th and Hickory, who again took a multi-run lead before Augusta answered the call again. Hickory invited the bases with one against Hackman, and Wady Mendez struck a double ball to achieve a man from third place. Augusta was involved in the lower half with Leadoff -Singles by Colby Jones and Mac Guscette in contrast to a run for the 2nd inning.

The sixth inning would prove to be incredibly fruitful for both teams, especially for the crawdads. Hickory celebrated the end of Owen Hackman's night by encountering three runs for three goals in his only work of work. An RBI double by Antonis Macias and Two-Rbi Triple from Mendez led the Crawdads 6-2 in the lead.

After Hickory's great framework, the green jackets for their honor did not roll out and immediately jumped back on the horse against the new reliever Michael Trasch. Guscette got his solid day going with a one-out single, and after Trausch induced a pop-up, Mason Guerra put the stadium on its feet with a thundering home run, which put the roof of the apartment building behind the left field.

Augusta's excitement was short -lived because the crime was resting and after Guera's moon sheet did not score another goal. Hickory had another run against Albert Rivas in the 9th and Luke Savage retired all six batteries.

Crawdad's victory confirms that at least this week is dividing the series and this weekend only needs a victory for the victory of the second series against Augusta this year. Rayven Antonio takes the ball for Augusta in Star Wars Night tomorrow and wants to stay hot after a strong start into the season.
