Richmond Man was sentenced to seven years for drugs

A Richmond This week, the man was sentenced to an undercover agent for drug trafficking for the sale of cocaine and fentanyl.

Demario Avanti Henderson39, was sentenced to seven years in prison on Thursday because he has a drug trafficking and a firearm in terms of drug crimes.

Accordingly Court documentsOn January 16, 2024, the law enforcement authorities carried out a controlled purchase of Henderson's fentanyl.

On January 24, 2024, agents arranged another controlled purchase in which Henderson sold cocaine and fentanyl.

During the transaction, Henderson openly wore a pistol.

After completing the transaction, agents Henderson arrested and repeated the invited pistol.

Henderson was previously convicted of 17 crimes, including theft, endangering the police, bodily harm and battery of a family member, of a firearm by a convicted criminal and attack on law enforcement.
