Trump management, 1,000 transgender troops to be released by June 6th

In the next 28 days, up to 1,000 transgender troops will be thrown out of the military. Defense Minister Pete Hegseth found a deadline for the Pentagon to relieve these troops by June 6th. He wrote on X that his department is leaving “Wokesess and Weakness behind him”.

Hegseth added that the policy of the Trump government “is what the American people voted for”.

This decision takes place days after the Supreme Court has decided that the ban on the transgender comes into force, while the legal challenges are processed by the courts.

President Donald Trump granted an executive regulation in which transgender people were banned in the military. It was argued in the order that the presence of members of the Transgender Service “conflicts with the commitment of the soldier” and the military willingness harm.

In March, the US district judge Benjamin -a George W. Bush Service -put together in favor of the members of the Transgender Service, who question the directive and explained that the discharge of their career and calls would damage.

An Obama era, carried out in 2016, made it possible to openly serve transgender people. During Trump's first term, however, he picked up this guideline and published a ban that made exceptions to members of the active service possible, which had already started with the transition process.

When President Joe Biden took office, the ban was lifted.

Thousands of transgender people serve in the military, although they make up less than 1% of the entire employee of the active service.

The President and CEO of Glaad, Sarah Kate Ellis, described the decision of the Supreme Court as “shame”.

“Allowing this discriminatory ban is not in force to enable the views of the American people to affect military willingness and make America less secure. The brave service members of America and their families deserve to be treated with dignity and respect,” she said.
