What you should watch out for at today's NASCAR Cup race on the Kansas Speedway

Today, intensive restarts and tight races are expected because the Nascar Cup series returns to the Kansas Speedway.

Last autumn races had 30 leadership changes and this event had 28 lead a year ago and ended when Kyle Larson Chris Buescher beat 0.001 seconds in the next end of Nascar history.

Larson begins for today's race on the Pole, while Buescher starts in the front row next to him.

The duel between these two will be one of the things today.

A new winner today?

In the first 11 races of this season there were seven different winners.

Kansa's Speedway has recently been a good track for the driver to achieve her first victory of the year. It happened in four of the last six races on this 1.5 mile route.

Among those without a win this season, Chris Buescher (Start second), Tyler Reddick (fourth), Ty Gibbs (sixth), Daniel Suarez (eight), Chase Elliott (ninth), Ryan Blaney (10th), Michael McDowell (11th) and Justin Haley (12th).

Ross Chastain won Playoff race on the Kansas Speedway last autumn and achieved five top 10 in the last seven races this season.

3 in a row?

Team Penske Holt the third victory in the season after Austin Cindric won Talladega two weeks ago and won Joey Logano in Texas.

Ryan Blaney is the only Team Penske driver who won this season.

“It was nice to have very fast cars this year,” said Blaney. “Hopefully we can come to the Victory Lane soon. I was very satisfied with the performance. It just didn't really work for us.”

Team Penske will start two cars in the top 10 on Sunday. Logano qualified fifth and Blaney 10 .. Cindric begins the 13th place.

4 the right number?

23xi racing will have four cars in the race on Sunday. The team finds full -time car for Bubba Wallace, Tyler Reddick and Riley Herbst. The organization will also have Corey Heim in a fourth car on Sunday.

23xi Racing has won three of the last six cup races on the Kansas Speedway, and this route is a good point for the team that does not have to win this season.

Reddick begins fourth, Wallace 15, autumn 25 and home 28 ..
