Patriarchalian divine liturgy in the Church of Saint Nicholas in Kolonaki (Photos+Video)

A patriarchal divine liturgy was celebrated on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the church in the church of St. Nicholas of the Philanthropical Society of Athens in Kolonaki.

The service was visited by several metropolises of the ecumenical patriarchy and the church of Greece as well as members of the political leadership of the country.

Among Those Present Were Archbishop Makarios of Australia, Elder Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon, Metropolitan Theodoritos of Laodicea, Representative of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Athens, Metropolitan Maximos of Ioannina, Metropolitan Grigorios of Peristeri, and Metropolitan Of Guinea, Representative of the Patriarchate of Alexandria in Athens.

Also present were the president of the Hellenische Parliament Nikitas Kaklamanis, Minister of National Defense Nikolaos Dendias, Minister of the Interior Niki Kerameu, governor of the Athos Mountain Alkiviadis Stefanis, Mayor of Athens Haris Doukas, ship owner Athanasio Martinos and several archoons by The Ecumecy Portarch.
