Video of the attack in social media uploaded, two teenagers charged: Windsor Police

Two teenagers are charged after a video has been recorded and shared online for an attack by younger children.

On Friday, the Windsor police ceased an investigation after receiving a report that four children went home from school in the morning.

The investigators learned that older young people turned to the children, supposedly swung a knife and a BB weapon and threatened them to harm them.

According to the police, the young people pushed a knife to the children's chest and forced a boy to go to their knees and kiss one of their shoes.

The incident was recorded on a cell phone and shared on social media.

The investigators quickly identified two suspects and were arrested later on Friday afternoon.

A 14-year-old man was charged with a weapon, four cases of threats to cause physical damage and the possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

A 13-year-old man was charged with a weapon for three attacks, three cases of threats to cause physical damage, and the possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

The two suspects cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Junior Criminal Law.

The investigation is open to the police.
