An investigation is underway after the death of an inmate in Elkhart County

Elkhart County, Ind. (Wndu) – An investigation is underway after a non -reacting inmate in the Elkhart County Corrections complex has been declared dead.

The deputies identified the non -reacting inmates at 7 a.m. in Medical, which immediately applied for the corrections to the facility and introduced the HLW.

Concord doctors arrived at the scene and found that the inmate had died. The murder unit of Elkhart County and the forensic doctor were asked for an investigation on site.

All applications for this investigation can be sent to the public prosecutor's office of Elkhart County.
