Michelle Hadley 'Rape Fantasy' case was excited about IDS poison

It was a reproach that Michelle Hadley was stunned – and finally for three months in a California prison behind bars. Now, almost a decade later

Hadley is at the center of the latest episode of Investigation Discovery's New True Crime Series POISONOUSA six-part Docuseries, which focuses on “the dark and twisted side of the relationships”, according to an ID press release. Hadley left the indictment in prison for three months before the authorities revealed the unexpected truth: they had arrested the wrong woman.

Detective from Orange County found that the news published on Craigslist came from Diaz 'own home and telephone, people reported before. After further examination of the twist, detectives also found that Diaz had made a network of lies to control their original examination according to Hadley.

Diaz claimed to have cervix cancer, pretended to be a lawyer to forge the doctor's notes and even make her pregnancy. Orange County's public prosecutors later determined in their own criminal proceedings. She even told the police to send Hadley E -Mails to kill her and her unborn child, the public prosecutor of the Orange County district.

Diaz was sentenced to five years in prison in October 2017 and Hadley was fully relieved. “It is unfathomable why Ms. Diaz would summarize such a devilish scheme in order to violate an innocent person,” said district prosecutor Tony Rackauckas at the time of Angela Diaz 'condemnation.

“Even while she was guilty, Diaz showed no remorse, compassion or empathy for the victim,” added Rackauckas. “We hope that the solution to this case will bring Ms. Hadley a certain closure so that she can progress in her life.”

For Hadley, the Dateline NBC in 2017 to Dateline NBC said: “I will take this with me for the rest of my life.”
