Supercross 2025 450 results, highlights, graduation in Salt Lake City: Chase Sexton Wins Race, Cooper Webb Title

Chase Sexton took over the final of the Monster Energy Supercross at the Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, which briefly bundled the field, and then decided to rock an almost 10-second advantage over the field. Sexton achieved a career-best Supercross victory in the season. Unfortunately, the championship was refused two points by two points, even though he won two more races as Cooper Webb

Sexton won four of the last five rounds of the 2025 season, but the results of the sixth place in the second round in San Diego and in the mud of Foxborough, Massachusetts, sealed WebB third place in both cases and sealed his fate.

Webb entered the round to get the fifth or better to secure his third championship. He was fourth, 5.4 seconds aaron Plessinger in sixth place.

With this title, WebB was the seventh driver who won three or more championships. His two-point gaps in Sexton made this the next third title in history and displaced the previous one between Jeff Stanton over Damon Bradshaw in 1992. This season, Stanton entered the round with a six-point deficit, which he put in the shade.

Webbs Five victories in the 450 division came in Detroit in Detroit, round 7 in Arlington, Texas, round 10 in the triple crown format race in Birmingham, Alabama, Runde 11 in Seattle, Washington, and perhaps the most critical, round 15 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, when he was the moment the moment Wait a moment around the enthusiasm.

The Battle of Webb against Sexton was not the only one with a dramatic effect on the scores. Malcolm Stewart and Justin Cooper fought for the third position in the overall ranking, which is often accompanied by a massive bonus. These two fought for the last podium position last week last week. Cooper took third place to get his second podium in a row, and Stewart was just fourth.

In Salt Lake City, Stewart completed round 1 in the seventh and had to drive through the field as in Denver. In round 17 he was a Cooper for third place and wasted little time to deal with WebB for the second time. Cooper closed on his rear tire and did not allow Stewart to achieve a great advantage. Stewart finished second and scored his third podium and the seventh top 5 of the season.

Cooper became the third week in a row and recorded his fourth podium of the season and the ninth top 5. Cooper had to follow the championship hope of teammates Webb, but as a Stewart made the passport, Cooper had to follow.

Joey Savatgy rounded off the top 5 for the second time this season. He was also fifth in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Savatgy ended the 11th season in the overall ranking, although three rounds were missing due to an injury suffered in Indianapolis.
