Twin if you are convicted of video voyeurism and administrative disorders

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – A Twin Falls County District Court condemned a twin Falls man on Monday for two charges.

The Court of Justice condemned the 45-year-old Juan Larios for a criminal offense of video voyeurism and an offense of fault disorders as part of a plea agreement according to court files. Larios has extensive crime history, including serious physical injury and domestic violence.

An affidavit from the Twin Falls Police Department shows that Larios was charged after sent an explicit photo to a woman on May 15, 2024. The documents said that Larios sent the picture to “harass, insult, humiliate and worsen the woman after the picture.

The investigation later showed that Larios had hidden three children for about five hours from their mother on April 24, 2024. The mother made a call against 911 at the time, but was afraid to submit a police report after Larios said “he would kill her.”

The court sentenced Larios to five years in prison for the charges for voyeurism, for three years and two years indefinite, according to court files. The Court also sentenced him to six months in prison for the indictment of station disorders, which is also sentenced to his prison sentence.

Larios will be due again on May 6th, since in a separate case he is exposed to second -degree indictment for stalking.
