The 5-car crash of Sanford ends with arrest after the driver has “suspicious” in bushes

Sanford, Fla. -According to the police, a driver was arrested after a crash in Sanford at the weekend.

In an release, the police said that on Saturday they reacted to the crash at the intersection of 25th Street and Park Avenue.

According to the police, the crash of Timothy Lambert (41) was caused, which had driven to the east along the 25th Street.

“As if Lambert approached the vehicles, Lambert at the traffic light in the 25th Street and the Avenue Park and did not hit one of the vehicles left,” the publication said. “This triggered a chain reaction accident with three additional vehicles.”

The investigators said that Lambert received a quote for the crash, although the police also examined reports from witnesses that Lambert had risen from his vehicle immediately after the crash and hid a bag in some nearby bushes.

The bag was later recovered, and detectives discovered that it contained methamphetamines, as the release shows.

In addition, the police announced that Lambert had left a 7-year-old child unattended in the car when he tried to hide the drugs.

“A 9 -mm gun was also in the glove compartment that is easily accessible in the vehicle,” continues the release.

As a result, Lambert is now exposed to the following fees:

  • Possession of methamphetamine

  • Weapon criminal offense with a weapon

Detective also said that a report at the Florida Department of Children and Family “was submitted to the child's participation, which was in Lambert's care”.
