The police search for four in connection with investigations in connection with second degree attacks and reported hate crime



Walkersville, Md) – Maryland State Police requests the public support in the identification of four people in connection with an attack examination and reported hate crimes that took place in Frederick County early Saturday morning.

Shortly before 2 a.m. on Saturday, May 10th, soldiers from Maryland State Police Frederick Barrack replied to a supermarket in the 8400 business block from Woodsboro Pike to receive a report on a second degree attack. A 25-year-old male victim told the police that he was in the parking lot when four unknown men attacked him and made derogatory comments on the victim's sexual orientation and caused the police to classify the incident as a hate crime. The victim, which was not identified at this point, rejected medical treatment on site.

The victim in the convenience store together with the cashier during the incident provided the police's physical descriptions of the suspects. After a preliminary investigation, four men were involved, all of whom are about 16-20 years old for the police.

Two of the men wore black hoods shirts and described as African Americans. One of the African American men is 5,5 “and the other 5'10” big. The third man is described as Caucasian, 5'10 ”and a black sweatshirt with a hood. The fourth man is described as Hispanic, 5'10” and a gray hooded sweatshirt wears
