A group of Ping -Pong Balls will determine the future for the top design of Prospect Cooper Flag when the NBA lottery from 2025 takes place in Chicago on Monday evening.

Utah, Washington and Charlotte – the teams with the worst three records – have the best chance of receiving number 1 to 14% each.
