Mother in the hope of an arrest 6 months after the son shot

Birmingham, ala. (Wbrc) – Dontrell Gours was found dead in a car in the Brummitt Heights community after it was missing and endangered in November 2024.

Almost six months since his death, the police said that they have no suspect in this case.

His mother, the core tanner, said that the past six months have been rough, especially on Mother's Day.

“Tears, the whole weekend, last weekend, tears flow,” said Tanner.

Tanner said, although the police have no suspects, were people who were together with Gods on the night he died. She asks her to go to the police.

“The people who know, I ask them. They knew that Dontrell would be killed that night. Present on the police.

Michael Mangina with Crime Stopper from Metro Alabama says that in this case you have not received any tips. He said while we cannot bring him back, he deserves justice.

“A bad person is currently on our streets. This guy was killed in his car and we don't know who did it. The police have no evidence,” said Mangina.

The Birmingham police said this was an active examination and they have no additional information that can be published.
