Ms. is not guilty in the death of a 3-year-old Moorhead boy

Moorhead, Minn. (Valley News Live)-The woman who is charged with the death of a 3-year-old Moorhead boy has not guilty in front of Clay County Court.

Shiann Erickson, who is charged with murder 2nd degree in Eastyn Deronjic's death, entered a non -guilty plea on Monday.

Rosa Garza also entered a non -guilty plea. He is charged with murder 2.

Deronjic died in the Sanford Hospital after a call from an apartment on Belsly Boulevard last March. According to the Dispatch radio, a woman screamed: “Breath baby, breath” while he calls the operator. In July, the final autopsy report said that Deronjic had died of blunt force trauma.

Garza will start a 10-day/2-week test version on May 15th.
