A dead man, one in a critical condition after frontal crash in Genesee County

Genesee County, Mi-a man after a frontal accident on Monday morning in Richfield Township and another in a critical condition.

The township police reacted to the North State Road accident center near East Coldwater Road on Monday, May 12, at around 10:12 a.m.

It was found that a 36-year-old man from Lapeer had driven north in a Ford Taurus 2005 on the North State Road and crossed the center line.

The bull then plunged into a Chevrolet trail blazer from the south to the south, which was driven by a 30-year-old man from Richfield Township.

The man from Lapeer was declared dead at the crime scene, the police said.

The man of Richfield Township suffered injuries to his abdomen due to the crash and was taken to the Hurley Medical Center by ambulance. It is listed in critical condition, the police said.

It is believed that speed was a factor and the possible use of illegal substances is also examined.

Officials from the Davison City police authority, the police from Davison Township, the Otisville police and the Sheriff office of the Genesee County also supported on site with employees of the fire department of Davison/Richfield and the fire department of Forest Township.

The road was closed for about 4 hours.
