Arrested by the State Police Trovere City Man because of the severe possession of child sexually abusive material

The Michigan State Police (MSP) -Computer -Breaking Department, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), announces the arrest of Brian Hartley Jr., 36 of Traverse City, because he sexually misused material has used sexually abusive material to commit a crime and moved a peace officer.

Hartley was arrested after an examination that started a tip from the national center for missing and exploited children (NCMEC). During an examination of confiscated devices, sexually abusive material was discovered on Hartley's cell phone.

Hartley was charged with three cases of the stricter possession of the child's sexually abusive material, a number of use of a computer to commit a crime, and a count of the lies of a peace officer. Hartley was charged on May 8th before the 86th judicial court.

The MSP ICAC Task Force was supported by the MSP Traverse City Post.
