Trump supports Jack Ciattarelli for the governor of New Jersey

President Trump inserted his considerable influence on the race for New Jersey's governor on Monday and announced his confirmation by Jack Ciattarelli, a Republican who came in 2021 within three points of the state's democratic governor.

“Jack Ciattarelli is a great America who is the next governor of a state that I love, New Jersey, the next governor!” Mr. Trump wrote about the social truth.

“He is strongly supported by the most respected leaders in New Jersey, and as her next governor, Jack Cattarelli will work closely with me and the Trump government.”

Mr. Trump's public support will probably consolidate Mr. Ciattarelli's opportunities in the Republican primary school on June 10th. He competes against two prominent opponents, Bill Spadea, a conservative talk show presenter who fought for the president's confirmation, and Senator Jon Bramnick, a moderate critic of the Trump government.

Mr. Ciattarelli, 63, a former member of the State Assembly, said that he was “really humble and honored to receive the very strong confirmation from President Trump”.

“It is time to unite our party, to win great in November and to make New Jersey affordable and secure again,” wrote Ciattarelli on social media.
