Two Indian students who were killed in a fatal street accident in Pennsylvania

Two Indian students from Cleveland, Ohio, were killed in an accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lancaster County on Saturday, May 10th. Lancaster County's office's office confirmed the victim as an 23-year-old as a 23-year-old Saurav Prabhakar and 20-year-old Manav Patel. Both were declared dead at the crime scene, whereby the cause of death was listed as several traumatic injuries. Her death was ruled by accident.The fatal crash occurred around 7.08 a.m. near Milepost 286.5 in Brecknock Township near the reading change. According to Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), the vehicle left the road and beat a tree before colliding with a bridge. Emergency crews that reacted to the scene found the driver and the back passenger dead, while the passenger hurried to the Reading Hospital at the front.The authorities found that the incident did not lead to road closures because the crash area was completely from the main street. The Forensic Services unit of the PSP also reacted to the scene to support the investigation.The Indian consulate in New York expressed deep grief of loss and confirmed that the students were enrolled at Cleveland State University. “Deeply sad to learn something about the unfortunate street accident in which two Indian students … lost their lives; our thoughts and prayers are with their families in this difficult time,” says an explanation. The consulate added that it insists in contact with the survivors and has guaranteed them any possible support.
