Hikers killed after almost 400 feet autumn from the inspiration point at the Bryce Canyon

The body of two hikers was recovered by a steep cliff on the Bryce Canyon after an almost 400-foot crash.

Officials of the Sheriff office of Garfield County, the man and woman, fell at some point on Monday evening or early Tuesday morning about 380 feet of inspiration point.

The location was known for its high view of the hoodoos in the gorge below.

The two hikers died because of impact. Her bodies were discovered by a tourist on Tuesday.

The exact cause of the fall was unknown, but the spokesman Wade Mathews said they crossed themselves through security railings.

The district's search and rescue teams were called together with a helicopter team of the Utah Department of Public Safety when restoring the corpses.

Park Rangers from the National Park System also reacted.

Mathews said the last known residence was in Florida, but the man and the woman are “currently historicized”. He said they camp and travel in a Uhaul found in the area.

The victim's identity was not released until the next theatrical notifications were specified.
