Family of Austin Pay player William Hardrick entered a wrong death after his death at I-65

Limestone County, Ala. (Waff) -After Hardrick's death, the family of Austin Pay player William Hardrick submitted an illegal death against John McAdams.

McAdams is accused of having killed harddrick After his tractor -trailer entered Hardrick's car on May 6th. McAdams scored several cars that night until his tractor -trailer finally came to a standstill and fire started.

Waff 48 received an illegal complaint that Hardrick's family had submitted against McAdams. The case identifies McAdams and his company South Paw Transport.

The lawyer is aiming for a replacement of punishment for McAdams and the company. You ask about his driver's license, the driving data records, personnel files and training documents. You also want the physical qualifications of McAdams.

The lawsuit also asked whether there have been well-known injuries or medical procedures in the past three years that McAdams may have had or whether calls were made to 1-800 accommodation.

You want the truck's inspection documents for the past five years and maintenance records. They also want to know whether alcohol was served and if so, where and whether there were other substances that affected the McAdams.

McAdams was arrested and charged with murder, two crimes that left the scene of the accident and drove under the influence of alcohol.

McAdams remains in the Limestone County prison.
