Yankees' Oswaldo Cabrera took an ambulance with ankle injury after the goal from the field

Seattle-in of a disturbing scene was taken from New York York Yanke's Oswaldo Cabrera in an ambulance with an left ankle injury in the ninth in the 11: 5 victory on Monday evening against the Seattle Mariners in the T-Mobile Park.

The 26-year-old native Venezuela was taken to the HarborView Medical Center, about a mile from the stadium. The severity of his injury was unclear from Monday evening. Trainer Tim Lentych accompanied Cabrera to the hospital.

“I'm praying for our guy Cabby tonight,” said manager Aaron Boone.

“Everyone here feels terrible because they know how much he works, how hard he works, how much he loves for everyone in this room and takes care of everyone,” said the right field player Aaron Judge.

Cabrera was injured when he marked the Yankees from the Yankees from the Yankees from the Yankees with the Yankees with the Yankees.

The left field player Randy Arozarena was just before the plate, and Cabrera Mied the label of Catcher Cal Raleigh. He went home and then planted his feet to reverse the course to mark the plate, but twisted his left ankle. After Cabrera Home Plate touched and scored the run, he fell to the ground in front of pain.

Yankees trainers immediately hurried to his help. Lentych hugged Cabrera while lying on the floor on the floor. Other medical employees were looking for his left foot while teammates and boons watched. An ambulance came from the outer field, and the medical staff invited Cabrera to a stretcher and drove it from the field, accompanied by cheers from the crowd.

Before Cabrera was placed in the ambulance, he called to judge and asked him if he scored a goal. Judge told him.

“That made him smile,” said Boone. “But he obviously had pain.”

Boone confirmed that Cabrera had injured his ankle, which was loaded onto the stretcher in front of the shop.

Oswald Peraza moved to the third basis to take over for Cabrera, and Jorbit Vivas went to the second basis.

The Yankees clubhouse was bleak after the victory. Boone said Cabrera was one of the best people they will meet.

“He is one of the best people in the clubhouse,” said Outfield Trent Grisham. “It stabs. It hurts very much to see someone who is one of the best of us.”

Grisham said he admired Cabrera for his attitude.

“The way he does everything,” said Grisham. “The way he appears with a smile. The way he leaves everything out there. The way he takes care of other people. It just flows out. They watch how he plays baseball, they get a taste of it. But when they get to know him, it is so much lower than that.”

Judge said what happened to Cabrera, made it almost impossible to enjoy the victory.

“That's bigger,” he said. “What Cabrera meant for this team what it means for me. A man who appears early and does his job. He takes care of everyone in this room. He loves to be a Yankee. He carries this jersey with pride. This is a hard, especially a guy who (worked) and finally has the opportunity to be our everyday type, and it has also taken care of it.

Richter said the way the injury is present illustrated Cabrera's tireless style.

“It is a game in which you have a little lead and still fight for the last time,” he said.

“As soon as they say his name,” said Pitcher Clarke Schmidt: “I think of his friendly spirit and who he is as a teammate, tried to raise boys and always bring positive energy and always has a smile on the face.”

It is possible that Cabrera could miss a considerable time. It is unclear who could take his place. The Yankees had already planned to activate the DJ Lemahieu infield on Tuesday from the injured list and start it in the second base on Wednesday, said Boone. Lemahieu could also play the third basis, while Peraza and Reyes are other options.
