Tampa, Fla. (WSVN) – New details were published by a football player by Miami Hurricanes, who is connected to a fatal crash near Clearwater.

The investigators say that LineBacker Adarius Hayes was on Saturday behind the bike of the vehicle, which has joined another in Largo.

The crash has committed three people, including two children.

While the official cause of the crash is examined, the investigators say that there is no signs that the driver has been affected.

“Whether speed was a factor whether the vehicle had the right of way – that's all part of the examination,” said Mike Loux, chief of police at Largo. “At that time we have no indication that it is involved in any kind of alcohol or anesthetic.”

Hayes was released from the hospital with minor injuries on Monday.

On Tuesday morning, the Sun Sentinel reported that Hayes has a story of traffic quotes, including speed crossing and negligent driving.
