Shawano Co.'s death investigation was “never forgotten”, say MPs

Shawano County (NBC 26) – The Sheriff office of the Shawano County County says that a death examination from 2016 is “never forgotten” and that the advanced technology arrest a suspect nine years later.

The 39-year-old James Radford is charged with the first degree of ruthless murder, who uses a dangerous weapon in connection with the death of his wife Sabrina Radford 2016.

Radford was charged on April 11th, exactly nine years after the death of his wife. According to court files, he was custody four days later and a judge found a cashier of 800,000 US dollars for Radford.

The MPs say that on April 11, 2016 they reacted to a house in County Road J outside the Tigerton area, a report about a woman who was shot. Her husband James told the authorities that his wife shot himself.

The MPs say that the investigators could not finally determine the cause of Sabrina's cause of death.

In the past nine years, the Sheriff's office said that the authorities carried out numerous interviews with James and other people who were connected to the case and also examined evidence that had previously been collected.

“With the help of advanced investigation instruments, developing forensic technology and the involvement of experts, the investigators found that the death of Sabrina Radford was not the result of suicide,” said the Sheriff's Office on Tuesday.

The MPs say that James was taken into custody in Waukesha County on April 15 and was later delivered to Shawano County. According to MPs, James is still in prison.

“Our deepest condolence goes to Sabrina's family,” said the Sheriff's office. “We understand that the past nine years have been for the past nine years, but please know that this case has never been forgotten. Our office has worked hard to bring answers and accountability.”

The Sheriff's office says that you are currently not published any further information to support ongoing law enforcement.
