CEO of the Unitedhealth Group Andrew funny resigned from his leadership role in May 2025. The company announced its successor in a press release this month and quoted the reason for Witty's departure. Despite his exit, Witty has probably achieved a high net wealth thanks to his years of lead.

The news was made almost six months after the fatal shootout of the CEO of Unitedhealthcare Brian Thompson.
