Cole is rejected due to reduced binding in attempted murder on the La Crosse Storage Unit

No binding reduction for Freeman Cole, which is accused two years ago for murder for murder in the attacks of a woman in a La Crosse bearing unit.

In a letter to court officials, Cole announces his innocence and argues that his rights have been violated since his arrest at the end of 2023.

Only one current inmate was longer at La Crosse County prison than Cole. During a hearing on Tuesday, his bond of 500,000 US dollars was not reduced. Cole's youngest defender withdrew from the case two months ago, and he suggested that he could defend himself in a process that was not planned.

Cole is accused of having tried in 2023 to strangle a woman in a storage unit near the Mormon Coulee Road. Witnesses interrupted the attack. Cole fled and was arrested outside the state. In a letter submitted to the court, Cole says that he is innocent and claims that his rights are “violated in every respect”.
