Firefighters reacted to a house at Spring Hill Drive at 10:22 a.m., “fully intertwined with an older woman,” said the authorities.

Madison Fire and Police Personal began to get and bring the older woman to be safe and bring to safety in the house.

Pafford EMS was able to transport the female to UMMC, where it was declared dead upon arrival.

An adult man who lived in the residence was outside in the entrance. The man was treated on site and later transported to UMMC, where it is expected to recover completely.
