Bronx Mom, who killed the 7 -year -old Julisia Batties, refuses to come to court

The Feiglingbronx mother, who admitted that she had put her helpless 7-year-old daughter to death, refused to do justice on Tuesday for the relationship of the tragic girl, who has been waiting for justice for far too long.

The 35-year-old Navasia Jones defeated himself with the father and grandmother of Little Julissia Batties, who had to face a 15-year prison sentence of the defendant before the Supreme Court of Bronx was aware of a 15-year prison sentence in front of the Supreme Court of Justice.

“She runs from what I have to say,” said Julius Batties. “She is afraid to face her daughter's father after what she did. She has to be pulled out and hear what we have to say.

“This is your own Little Mind Broadcasting game in the system,” he added.

Jones owed himself guilty about manslaughter because he had put Julissia to death in her Squonid Bronx apartment – with the body of the little girl found on August 10, 2021.

“She plays the system,” said the mournful grandmother Yolanda Davis on Tuesday after the botched process. “She said she was overwhelmed. What about my granddaughter? She is overwhelmed. How can you say that if you beat up my granddaughter and killed her?

“I want her to hear what I have to say and what bad effects this on my family, members of the community, had neighbors,” continued Davis. “She showed no regrets, none.”

Bronx judge Joseph McCormack said on Tuesday, Jones – who previously refused to come to court – would be forced to personally appear on June 16.

“I was only informed that her customer refused to get up, that she announced that she is aware of the press or was present of this kind,” McCormack told Defender Edward Sapone.

McCormack refused to be absent with the conviction with Jones.

The administration of the city for children's services had examined the family and took Julissia away at the birth of Jones – but later the girl returned to her mother's care

In a heartbreaking audio recording that was preserved from the post before her death, the boy is hysterically sobbing and begging to stay with her grandmother during a weekend visit.

Julissia's half -brother, Paul Fine Jr., was also charged with her death and told the police officers that he had hit his sister's face eight times.

In March he was cut loose and was allowed to go, while Jones rose to manure.

Davis and Julius begging for a closure in the annoying case, which is underlined according to the failure of ACS, which is underlined with the protection of children such as Julissia.

“We need a closure so that the baby can rest in peace,” said Davis. “We won't forget her. It's so sad. I'm angry, very angry. I just want it to rest. I can't do that too much.”
