The arrest report reveals the woman who asked the friend to slow down the motorcycle from a fatal crash that has committed suicide.

23-year-old Nathan Victor Verdugo was arrested on May 8 after the investigators were supposedly drunk and a white Kawasaki Ninja almost drove before he had a curb- and sent his passenger and girlfriend Isabella Rose Mendez, 20, to her death.

The crash occurred on March 3 at 12:38 p.m. on the US 54 South Ramp K in the center of El Paso. However, the El Paso police identified both from Las Cruces.

KFOX14/CBS4 received the arrest report in which Verdugo said a witness that Mendez had persistently asked him to slow moments from falling.

The witness informed the officials that he drove to US 54 when Verdugo and Mendez passed them on a motorcycle and drove about 80 to 85 miles per hour.

The witness then described the stumbling on the wreck, found the bike on the side and Verdugo with his face down on the floor.

The police then said that the witness informed them that Verdugo was supposed to get up and urgently searched for Mendez.

According to the arrest report, Verdugo passed out after looking down on the side of the ramp and discovered 44 feet on the floor.

The investigators found that the medical personnel of the university medicine center, which participated in Düdugo, had been tested positively for alcohol.

The arrest report also showed that the law enforcement authorities only received a blood test from Verdugo six hours after the crash.
