According to the police, a fatal shootout of the Horatio Haratio Harris Park in Roxbury Tuesday leaves Boston.

The officers were called to the 107 Munroe St. shortly before 3 p.m. to get a report about a person, said Officer Michael Torigian.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with life -threatening injuries and, according to Tortigian, was later declared dead.

Murder detectives actively examine the shootout, but no arrests were made, said Torigian.

The victim's identity had not been released from Tuesday afternoon. Boston 25 News reported that the victim was an adult man.
