The group of doj 'weapon' will shame the people they cannot cause with crimes, says New Head, says New Head

Washington – The conservative activist, who was named by President Donald Trump as head of the “Workonization” of the Ministry of Justice, said on Tuesday that he had to “name” people “and” shame “the department states that it was unable to use crimes, which would represent a great departure from long -term protocols from the Ministry of Justice.

Ed Martin described himself at a press conference as the “captain” of the group, who examined the prosecutors who introduced earlier investigations into Trump and his allies.

“There are some really bad actors, some people who have done some really bad things to American people. And if they can be charged, we will charge them. But if they cannot be calculated, we will call them,” said Martin. “And we will call them and in a culture that respects shame, they should be people who are ashamed. And that's a fact. This is how things work. And so I think the job works.”

During Trump's first term, the justification for Trump's dismissal of the former FBI director James Comey was that Comey had published a press conference in which he published “derogatory information” about Hillary Clinton, candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016.

“Ducky information is sometimes announced in the course of criminal investigations and law enforcement measures, but we never release it free of charge, the then general prosecutor Rod Rosenstein wrote in a memo and added that he believed that Comey had given a” textbook example “what the state prosecutor and agent had to do.

Martin's statements came on his last full day as a preliminary US lawyer for the District of Columbia on Tuesday. Trump announced last week that he named Fox News moderator Jeanine Pirro as a preliminary US lawyer according to Martin's 120-day term and Martin Martin as a pardon attorney, deputy attorney in general and director of the “weapons working group”, which in one of the general prosecutor set up by Trump's executive lawyer in one of the Trump Executive application was taken.

This group will examine work including that of the former special consultant Jack Smith. Any federal cooperation with the district prosecutor of Manhattan, Alvin Bragg, who pursued Trump's Hush money, and New York General Prosecutor Letitia James, who brought civil proceedings against the Trump organization; the treatment of cases of the Ministry of Justice in connection with the Capitol attack of January 6; and criminal prosecution of anti-aborted activists, among other things.

“When it comes to the problem of weapons, the first part of it must be transparency,” said Martin. “We have to show ours with Americans what was going on, because if they hide it and then pursue it, they look like their goal. This is the administration of bidges, they did not tell them what they did, they only addressed people.”

Protocols of the Ministry of Justice state that civil servants generally do not confirm the existence of ongoing investigations or to comment in other ways. Martin said it was important to get “the truth” out when he was asked whether his earlier comments – and the plans he interpreted on Tuesday would go out against these protocols

“I will say that the role of the public prosecutor and at this moment in our history is clear what the truth is and to get it out,” said Martin. “It cannot be that the system prevents the truth from getting out of a procedure.”

Martin said that as director of the weapon working group, he would play a “more publicly accessible” role.

“When I was asked to change here, I was told that this job was more outside and talking about what's going on. I think we'll be a little more opposed to talk about what happens,” said Martin.

Martin had no public prosecutor when Trump called him the position of the US lawyer on the day of tenure, on the same day when the President on January 6th was the defendant. Soon some prosecutors who worked on Capitol attacks were fired, Martin opened an investigation to treat an obstacle to the disability that was used against some of the rioters, and Martin degraded others who played a key role in law enforcement.
