Topeka wife, three children who were injured in the Rollover crash of Johnson County

Lenexa, Kan. (Wibw) -A Topeka woman and three children were hospitalized after a rollover accident with a single vehicle in Johnson County late Tuesday.

The crash was registered on Tuesday at 10:58 p.m. on the K-10 Highway east of the Renner Boulevard. The location was near the K-10 and the Interstate 435 Split.

According to the online crash protocol of the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Utility vehicle was on the left lane in a west direction when the driver lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason and went left and rolled into the ditch before he came to rest.

The driver, which was identified as Nakia Tydreeka Hurt (32) from Topeka, was brought to the Overland Park Regional Medical Center with alleged mild injuries. The patrol said Hurt was wearing her seat belt.

According to the patrol, two children were identified in the vehicle in Kansas City, Mon.

A third child, Dra'ze Smith, 4, also from Topeka, was brought to the children's hospital with alleged mild injuries.

The online crash protocol of the patrol said that the three children did not have any security restrictions.
